The data recorded in the system (CNIL [French Data Protection Authority] standard declaration no. 1472302) are used only by the Le Havre-Paris network, the Pipeline Department, the Legal Affairs Department and the French government agencies with jurisdiction over the network. They may be accessed only by Trapil employees or by employees of the duly authorized government agencies.
